Great service and I love the workplace desk and chair I bought there. My fiance obtained the relaxation of our furniture there too and it still holds up rather well a couple of years in.

The delivered each orders incomplete 2-3 times. I had to take time off work to meet them at my home, solely to have them mess up delivery. Not only did they deliver it partially twice, half a 12 months after the ultimate supply they randomly send me 2 very large drawers. As much as I needed to throw it back to into their retailer, they've already taken sufficient of my spare time, so I had to just break them down and trash them. Most disorganized firm I've ever purchased from. The furniture did not work as advertised.

I tried to cancel my order with the receptionist who explained that only a supervisor can cancel orders. I was then transferred to the manager to assist with cancelling my order. The manager got here on the telephone and defined that due to retailer policy any order cancellation will result in a 25% restocking fee. I waited for about a week before I grew impatient and call again the supervisor explaining to him that I was ready for the callback he promised. At this point he mentioned the supply date is October 24, 2020 and the items cannot come any sooner. I needed to remind him that it’s correct enterprise follow to comply with up on his word.

I truly have wasted greater than 10 hours of my time sitting round waiting on deliveries that were confirmed & yet magically never happened. The latest go spherical ended up with me waiting through my complete delivery window, being on hold for greater than an hour solely to be told my order wasn't loaded onto the truck. When I asked why, miraculously the decision dropped. It retains going from bad to worse with every breath I take.

We explained our problem and we got some type of resolution however it was shortlived as we encountered one other supply concern. Now we're again on the Ashley Homestore in search of solutions and Sales supervisor F. is making an attempt to help however as we informed her our points, she started to turn into hostile and talking to us in a condescending tone. I did not take nicely to this and defined to her that the issue just isn't from one thing we did and a mistake by their staff and we obtained reprimanded like some kids talking loud. She was the upmostm unprofessional supervisor I have come across. We will not be returning to Ashley Homestore and most definitely is not going to be recommending Ashley Homestore to anybody we all know or come across.

When we tried to address the difficulty we were just told to call the shop again later. So we spent $10k at this store and they can't even attempt to assist us.

They do not name you again when they say they may to offer me more info. This is the first and final time I do business with them. Ashley furniture is the worst in relation to phone customer service deliveries and assembling.

I perceive that COVID caused a lot of backlog. However, the brand new supply date, October 24, 2020, is more than two months outdoors of the preliminary date which is poor enterprise management.

We ordered a living room set in February and it was backordered and we could not have it delivered till May 6th. No huge deal - we bought it and patiently waited for May 6th.
